Our Bumblebees had a fantastic morning at Garden King's Wild Woods Soft Play, climbing, exploring and burning off lots of energy! Tomorrow it's Year 2's turn for some soft play fun!

WHAT A MORNING! ENGLAND BEAT MEXICO! What a game! The football was fantastic, the atmosphere was electric, and to top it all off... half-time bacon buttys! The perfect way to kick off a Monday morning at Sunnyside! Great football Great food Great company Great result! Come on England, on to the Quarter Finals we go!!!!!

HEADTEACHER'S AWARD! This week's Headteacher's Award goes to Harvey! Harvey showed incredible kindness on Transition Day when a new boy came to visit our school. He went out of his way to make him feel welcome, helping him feel happy, included and at ease. It's wonderful to see such caring and thoughtful behaviour from one of our pupils. Thank you, Harvey, for being such a brilliant friend!

It may be coming home... but we need our children coming to school too! We look forward to cheering on England together Monday morning, at 9.00am! England shirts, football kits, red, white and blue clothing are all very welcome on Monday! And as if that wasn't exciting enough... half-time bacon butties will also be on offer! Come on England!

Reception Sports Day Fun! Reception survived the sun yesterday for their Sports Day! It was a very hot one, but they coped amazingly and gave it their all Reception did things a little differently... in honour of the World Cup, the children were grouped into different countries A huge congratulations to Spain, who were our winners! But most importantly, a massive well done to all of our Reception children for taking part in the sunshine – you were all fantastic!
